Dionne is a professional vocal coach and has been teaching full time since 2008. Most of her  coaching time is working with gospel singers who are stepping out into ministry or building their confidence to sing. 

"15 Vocal Solutions for the Gospel Vocalist" is her response to the lack of vocal resources for gospel singers and a way of reaching out to vocalists who cannot access her teaching in the  studio.  Dionne says: " Even though  the guide is one-of-a kind, I want anyone who needs it to be able to read it without  thinking "what is gonna cost me?"   I believe money shouldn't be a barrier to knowledge  especially when that  knowledge will  encourage the first steps into ministry.
